1. Where do you ship?
We ship to the U.S. mainland only (no Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico).
2. How long is delivery?
Total Delivery Time = 5–7 business days processing + 7–15 days shipping
3. What are the shipping costs?
- Order Amount ≤ $200 USD, Shipping Rates $23.00;
- Orders $200 USD < Order Amount ≤ $299.99 USD, Shipping Rates $17.99;
- Order Amount > $299.99 USD, Free shipping.
4. Which carriers do you use?
DHL, FedEx, UPS. Carrier is selected automatically based on your order.
5. How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email after shipping or track via our "Track Your Order" page.
6. Any shipping restrictions?
Yes. We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Only physical U.S. addresses.
7. Can I change my shipping address?
No. Address changes are not allowed after shipping. Please double-check before placing your order.
8. Will I pay duties or taxes?
Customers are responsible for any import taxes, VAT, or duties, if applicable.
9. What if my package is marked “Delivered” but missing?
Please contact the carrier directly or email us at support@morrahome.com.

11.Return & Refund Policy
For custom items, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective.
For non-custom items, we accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or unused and returned in its original packaging.
If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue or defect, we'll cover the shipping costs. Customer will not be charged for shipping costs.
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item by emailing support@morrahome.com.
If your return meets the refund conditions, your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
