1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 8–10 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • The daily order cut-off time is 12:00 AM EST (GMT-05:00).
  • Because our products are made-to-order, this time allows us to verify your order details, complete quality checks, and prepare your items for shipment.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods

We use reliable carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The carrier is chosen automatically based on your order and destination to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery. All orders are shipped with tracking and door-to-door service.

Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Shipping usually takes 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, the type of product, or unforeseen delays.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier name and tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
  • Please note that tracking updates may take a few hours or up to one day after shipment.

4. Customs and Import Duties

All customs duties and import taxes are included in the product price. You will not be charged any additional fees.

5. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to the U.S. mainland only.
  • Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO military addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
  • If your address is in a restricted area, our team will contact you to help arrange an alternative solution.

6. Address Accuracy and Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping information (full name, address, and phone number) at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you need to make updates, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.

7. Shipping Rates

  • Curtains / Shades / Blinds: Free Shipping
  • Fabric Swatches: $4.99 (up to 5 fabric swatches per order).

8. Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact us immediately. If the package is confirmed lost, we will promptly send a replacement.

9. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our partner factories using carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
