Please Note Regarding Initial Returns & Refunds:
This warranty policy specifically applies to long-term quality assurance during the lifespan of the product. If you have recently received your item and are encountering initial issues such as sizing errors, shipping damage, or need to cancel an order, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for prompt assistance.
I. Our Warranty Coverage
We offer clear, reliable long-term after-sales protection to ensure your investment is fully supported:
- 1-Year Free Limited Warranty: Included free of charge with all custom orders. This covers core functional issues caused by manufacturing defects or material flaws for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
- 3-Year Premium Extended Warranty (Optional/Paid): Available for customers seeking extended peace of mind, further prolonging your dedicated protection period against structural and manufacturing defects.
II. What is Covered
During your valid warranty period, if the product is found to have a non-human-caused manufacturing defect or structural failure (e.g., internal lift system malfunction, track roller jamming, or structural looseness due to factory assembly), Morrahome will, at its sole discretion, provide free replacement parts or repair services to ensure your window treatments are restored to perfect working condition.
III. What is Not Covered
To protect the rights of both parties and maintain transparent after-sales standards, the following situations are expressly excluded from our limited warranty:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Natural physical wear occurring over time. This includes natural fading from prolonged exposure to strong UV/sunlight, minor fraying of fabric edges, normal shrinkage after washing, and the standard aging of mechanical operating components.
- Environmental & Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by exposure to water, moisture or mold, extreme temperatures, pet damage, insect damage, or failure to follow the provided cleaning and maintenance instructions.
- Improper Use & Unauthorized Alterations: Structural damage resulting from the buyer attempting to disassemble, modify, or forcefully pull internal mechanical systems, or improper installation resulting from failure to follow the official Installation Guide.
- Transfer of Ownership & Product Iteration: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the order and is strictly non-transferable. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that specific fabrics, colors, or hardware will remain available indefinitely. If a required part is discontinued, Morrahome will provide a functionally similar alternative.
