Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy explains MorraHome’s approach to cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds for both custom and non-custom products. It covers how and when orders can be modified or cancelled, under what circumstances returns are accepted, and how refunds are processed.

1. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Orders that are already finished or shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Note: Due to the custom nature of products, cancellations or modifications are only guaranteed within 48 hours of ordering.

2. Returns & Exchanges

2.1 Custom Products (Curtains, Shades, Custom Tracks)

  • Handcrafted and custom-made, generally non-transferable, and not eligible for return unless there are quality issues.

1)Quality Issues

  • For defects, incorrect size, or color errors, contact us within 30 days.
  • We will remake or modify the product at no cost, including shipping.

2)Customer Measurement Errors

  • If the product does not fit due to incorrect measurements, we can assist with width or length adjustments.
  • Shipping and modification fees are the customer’s responsibility.

3)Non-Eligible Situations

  • Misunderstood product image
  • Product made correctly but does not fit
  • Curtains too heavy
  • Not the desired color
  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size (±1% industry tolerance)
  • Late delivery
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Fabric dye lot variations

2.2 Non-Custom Products (Hardware, Accessories)

1)Returnable items include adjustable rods, traverse rods, non-custom tracks, and accessories.

2)Items must be returned in their original packaging.

3)Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4)Defective or unused items can be returned/exchanged within 30 days.

5)Contact us via email; requests are processed within 1–2 business days.

3. Refunds

  • Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed and applied to the original payment method within 10 days.

3.1 Shipping Costs

  • For quality issues, MorraHome covers all return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fees are charged.

3.2 Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account and credit card processing times.
  • If still missing, contact support@morrahome.com. 

Custom products are generally non-returnable unless there is a quality issue. Non-custom hardware can be returned if unused and in original packaging. Orders can be cancelled or modified within 48 hours.
